Subject: Reation planners networks
Content: There is a Sydney based recreatiion planners network who meet irregularly - though we are looking at changing this to more regular meetings. The aim is to provide recreation planners/officers/mangers with an opportunity to meet and network with colleagues fron other councils. Should we be looking at trying to establish recreation networks in other areas? Who out there ias interested in instigating a network in thier local area. Its not a huge role. Meetings are shared around the group members. Host councils generally arange a venue and the agenda...its up to the group how the events run. Your thoughts please
